As I was taking photographs of my new pendant series inspired by the photo below, I heard some serious giggling and snorking and turned around to see what was going on. Bling Bling and one of the GRAFFITI 57 were inspired as well and were playing in their mothers batiks just as the boys in the Capetown South Africa photo were!! Meg was not amused and tried to break up the panda party but I stopped her!!

You are so creative when you take photographs! I just love Batiks. I use them quite often when I make Cool Gel Neck Ties to sell at the markets. They sure have been a hot seller this summer. The african basket lady at the market has lovely scarfs blowing in the wind each week made from Batiks too.
