Hello my friends!! Did you all have a super weekend? Steve and I and Bling took some time out and hit a Brews and Blues Festival in Washington State which was sooooooo much fun. Small locally owned micro breweries were featured which are VERY abundant in the Pacific NW. Notice how Bling and I enjoy our beer?????? YES THATS RIGHT…with a glass of wine!! As much as I love good microbrews…..they don’t get along with my wheat allergy.
We had a blast and the day was perfection. 80 degrees, sunny and the mountain was out as you will see in the photos!!

Down at the Ilwaco Market this weekend was the Blues & Seafood Festival. I couldn’t help but think about you and all your travels this summer to the farmer’s markets and festivals. One of these days, you will have to take a Saturday and come down to the market for a visit. I just love the Ilwaco market. It is right on the marina. So peacefull. Astoria is fun too on Sundays, but the atmosphere is so much more relaxing on Saturday. Let me know if you are headed down. The market runs through the end of September 10-4 on Saturdays right at the Ilwaco, WA marina. I won’t be there next weekend as I am planning to attend a Dog show finally. Novel concept, haven’t been to a show in months. See you soon!
