Your design is individually created using Sandra Miller’s Signature Studio Finish process.
3- REVIEW & PURCHASE
You’ll receive a private Zazzle purchase link for your Custom Artist Edition Pack Plaque.
4- PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Your plaque is professionally produced and shipped directly to your door.
WHAT IS A “SIGNATURE STUDIO FINISH” OF MY DOG’S PHOTO?
I custom-refine your dog’s image while carefully preserving their true markings, pose, and expression. The result is a softly stylized fine-art design that pairs beautifully with my custom-created backgrounds while celebrating the personality that makes your dog uniquely yours.

CAN YOU USE ANY PHOTO TO DESIGN FROM?
For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit photo with your dog facing the camera and their eyes visible. Sitting poses work especially well. Don’t worry if your photo isn’t perfect — most clear phone photos work beautifully. Just leave it up to me!
CAN I CHOOSE THE BACKGROUND PATTERN?
Yes! As part of my design process, I offer a selection of artistic backgrounds for you to choose from. You will choose your pattern number on the order form below. I’m also happy to help suggest something that suits your dog’s personality and coloring.
HOW DO I HANG MY NEW PACK PLAQUE ON A CRATE OR WALL?
Your Crate Hanging Kit seen below will ship separately from my Oregon studio. The adhesive loops are specially designed to work perfectly with HeARTdog Pack Plaques on both crates and walls.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Your custom design is typically ready to preview within 2–3 days. Once approved, you’ll receive a private Zazzle purchase link to complete your order securely. Most orders arrive within approximately 14 days, including design time, production, and shipping.
CAN I ORDER OTHER ITEMS WITH MY DOG’S DESIGN
ABSOLUTELY… Once your Custom Artist Edition design has been created, it may be used for future keepsakes including crate mats, mugs, apparel, tote bags, blankets, and more. Additional items are available upon request.
