HOW SELECTIONS WORK

This is not a traditional contest with no community voting this round.

Submissions are viewed as part of a creative library of inspiration. Selections are made based on the connection between a dog’s expression, pose etc.  and a recipe or illustration idea.

FEATURED INSPIRATION

At the close of this Photo Call, one dog will be selected as the Featured Inspiration — the creative spark for an upcoming
DOG IN THE KITCHEN™ recipe illustration.

• Artwork is a stylized interpretation (not an exact portrait)
• Your dog’s call name will be included in the story
• The reveal will be shared on my blog and social channels
• The design may appear in future kitchen and home products

Featured Inspiration will be announced on the Sandra Miller Studio Facebook page

KITCHEN MUSE CIRCLE

A small number of submitted pups will be gathered into the Kitchen Muse Circle —
dogs whose expressions or poses linger and continue to inspire ideas over time.

From this circle, I may also do surprise selections or fun random wheel spins to choose future inspiration models!

These pups may:

• Inspire future illustrations or recipes
• Be revisited for surprise features

A NOTE ABOUT YOUR SUBMISSION

Every photo adds to a living inspiration palette that helps shape the DOG IN THE KITCHEN™ world.

Many photos/dogs  may be revisited as new ideas develop. Selections are guided by creativity and storytelling —that little spark that turns a moment into something memorable
