HOT Autumn images from the studio

What a classic Autumn day we are having here in Portland!! The sun is out, the air is crisp and at the edge of warm.  My Chows are in dog paradise and my studio is almost put back together after the massive bead reorganization.  SIGH…….bliss in Sandyland!!!

My glass kiln doing double duty

ABOVE:  I put a load of VERY cool pendants into the kiln that will be ready next week and decided to make my kiln do double duty by laying my tray of Thai chilies etc from the garden up there to dehydrate.  I went out in the workshop to check on the kiln progress and was hit by a BIG FIREY WAFT of capsicum goodness as I opened the door.  OMG the chilies were drying perfectly and I turned them over to do the flip side!!!

If I am shipping jewelry , beads, anything to you anyway and you would like for me to tuck a few of these hotties into your parcel (well wrapped of course) just let me know. I have plenty to share!!!!

Speaking of HOT…check out this bead bowl!! I was in a time warp I think when I put together this one.  I call it “1972” and absolutely love the copal amber HUGE pendant bead from Tibet!!

CLICK THE BEAD BOWL ABOVE TO TRANSPORT YOU TO MY WEBSITE AND MAYBE EVEN DISCO!!
